Kinsell field is closed today (Wednesday, Feb 10), so tryouts will resume next Monday, Feb 15.

The “CSC THUNDER” team has a game at 4:20pm at La Mesa Indoor Soccer.  All of the Crusaders U11 boys have a team practice — their last practice before State Cup on Saturday.  That means the team will only have Camden, Christian, Sanchez, Micah, and Ari.  IF YOU ARE U11 or YOUNGER, YOU CAN COME PLAY INDOOR ON THURSDAY FOR FREE!  Email me if you’d like to play!

Hi everyone!

We have practice TUESDAY (Dec 1) and WEDNESDAY (Dec 2) this week, 5:30 – 7pm at the Aztecs fields.

For those boys joining the team for indoor, the first game is SUNDAY at 11:20am! Please plan on arriving at La Mesa Indoor Soccer by 11. Tell the man there that you are there for the U11 “CSC THUNDER” team and he will take your picture for the player card & have you fill out a form. Our players are combining with a few players from Crusaders, so that is why the team name is “CSC THUNDER” Wear a RED T-shirt and dark shorts/socks.
The first game is against (dramatic drumroll please………) KODIAK!

By the way, I’ve got photoshoots in Balboa Park til 11am on Sunday, so I’ll HURRY to the soccer complex and get there as quickly as I can!!!

After a week off indoor, all of our team’s games will be on Thursday afternoons. I’m not sure if they will start the next Thursday or if we will wait a week. I’m still waiting to hear back from them on that… I’ll keep you posted!!

Hi everyone!
I hope you’re all enjoying a great Thanksgiving week!

We have finalized the new dates, times, and location for our December practices!

The Aztecs have space on lighted fields on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, so our team will be practicing on Tuesday and Wednesdays, 5:30-7pm. On Thursdays many of the boys will be playing indoor soccer at La Mesa Indoor.

If the Aztecs can get time on Mondays on the fields with lights, we’ll move to Mon/Wed, but for now, the Aztecs don’t have access to the lighted fields on Mondays. Hopefully that will change, but for now, our practices are Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

We will be starting up on December 1st. That gives the boys one week off instead of two, so if you want to take the 2nd week off, just let me or Kelley know that you won’t be at practices next week.

I know Mat is REALLY excited about the team going to State Cup together!! He’s antsy to get back on the practice field with his friends & teammates so the team can work hard together with Rafa and go into State Cup STRONGER than EVER!!!
