Day 1 at U11 Governor’s Division State Cup is done.
The first game was a battle. CSC was up 2-1 (Mat nutmeg’d the keeper in the 1st half & scored on a free kick just outside the box in the 2nd half). The other team tied it up at 2 with about 8 minutes left.

Lots and lots of teams are playing in STATE CUP this weekend. It would be great to see a bunch of San Diego teams moving on to the next rounds of the tourney! Mat’s playing with the Crusaders (CSC) U11 team in Lancaster this weekend.

Pumas USA tryouts coming up this weekend

Pumas USA tryouts are starting this weekend, U8-U13, as announced before.
They’ve also added another tryouts session: SATURDAY FEB 6, 9am-noon at Winding Walk Park on Exploration Falls Dr.
